I studied Business Japanese at the Naganuma School from Fall 2010 to Spring 2011 for 10 months. Japanese Class for Job Hunting (August Basic Class)
劉 怡孜 (Liu, Yi Tzu)

When I decided to start job hunting, what troubled me were things like how to write the CV, how to express the reason for applying for the job and how to present myself, all in correct Japanese. After thinking it over, I made up my mind to join the‘Japanese for Job Hunting Class’at The Naganuma School. The teachers really know very well the problems that the foreign students face in the process of job hunting in Japan. Other than the skills of self analysis, writing CVs and one’s motivation for applyi
ng for the job, I was taught honorifics and polite expressions used in job interviews. In the practice sessions, my interview manners were corrected many times. They also taught me how to effectively appeal myself and finally I felt I gained confidence in expressing my selling points in Japanese.
