In addition, they can receive scholarships run by some foundations through the recommendation of our school. To receive grants or scholarships, students must be enrolled in the school for at least 6 months. For more details about scholarships, please contact us after enrollment. Some support organizations for international students in your home country may also provide scholarships. We recommend you check the information about such fellowship systems before coming to Japan.
Naganuma Study Grant (due to start in September 2009)
The school offers 'Naganuma Scholarship' for the students who study for a year or longer at Naganuma. Candidates are selected for excellence in their performances of study, attendance and attitude. From 2011, the selection will take place four times a year (each school term) instead of twice a year as in the past, creating more wonderful opportunities for the students. We hope you will make full use of the scholarship to lead a great student life at Naganuma.

Scholarships from Other Foundations or Organization
Students can apply for grants or scholarships from some of the foundations in Japan through the recommendation of The Naganuma School. To receive such scholarships, students must be enrolled in the school for at least 6 months, be planning to go on to a university or vocational school, and must excel in grades, attendance and contribution to the class. Below is a list of foundations whose scholarship may be available through our school's recommendation.
- Japan Student Service Organization
- Takayama International Education Foundation.
- Kyoritsu International Exchange Scholarship Foundation
About 10 students are awarded a scholarship of about 50, 000 yen per month for 6 months to one year on an annual average basis.
Other Scholarships
In addition to the scholarships described above, students can individually apply for grants, fellowship or scholarships offered by the government of their home country or other foundations. We recommend looking for information on the Internet.
