Application for certificates

Type of certificate
  • Certificate of graduation / completion
  • Certificate of attendance and school transcript (Both will be printed on the same page of the sheet.)
  • Certificate of ability of Japanese language proficiency (in Japanese)
  • Certificate of ability of Japanese language proficiency (in English)
Certificate issuance fee ¥300 per set
How to apply Please apply by email notifying us of all the information below. Make sure to attach the copy of the required document(s).

  • Name in full
  • Naganuma School’s student ID number (Not necessary if unknown.)
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Type of certificate and the required number of sets
  • Reason for application

    In case you need to extend your period of stay, please apply for both certificate of graduation and certificate of attendance/school transcript.

  • A copy of your Resident Card (both sides), passport or student ID card

    Please attach it (one of the three) on the email.

  • How to receive the certificate (Please select from below.)
    • Will receive at the school counter in person.
    • A proxy will receive at the school counter

      Write the name of the agent.

      You or a proxy will be asked to show an ID at the counter.

    • Will receive via ordinary postal service (domestic) or international express mail (EMS).

Note that the certificate will not be issued on the same day of application (It usually takes 3 to 7 working days. It may take more depending on the circumstances.)

There may be cases where we are unable to issue the certificate you request.

In case of application via email, the application process is completed once you receive a reply from the school. If you do not receive a reply, please contact us again.

Fee and payment method

※Depends on how you would like to receive the certificate.

1. If you (or your agent) receive the certificate at the school counter:

(Note) The applicant must bear the charges for registered mail or overseas remittance.

We will notify you of the details of payment method after we receive your application.
